Refund policy

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns.
However, exchanges are accepted only in the cases mentioned below.


Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges only for manufacturing defects.


Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Clear images or videos must be shared for verification.

  • Exchange approval is subject to quality inspection by our team.

Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if an exchange is not possible (for example, size unavailability or confirmed defect).

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval.


Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for:

  • Colour or design preference

  • Minor colour variations due to screen resolution

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer (if size chart was followed)

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Damage due to improper handling or washing


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Exchange shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.


Payment Mode

  • We accept prepaid orders only.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
